Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luna, a proactive AI assistant (“Chief of Staff”) operated by FemoraAI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Luna, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Luna.

1. What Luna does

Luna connects to services you choose (such as your email and calendar) to help you see what matters and act on your behalf. Luna takes real-world actions — like sending an email or booking time — only after you approve them, except for routines you explicitly enable to run autonomously.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Plans, billing, and trials

Luna offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans may include a free trial; after the trial, your selected plan renews automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period. Fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Approvals and autonomy

Actions that touch the outside world pause for your approval by default. Where you enable autonomous routines, you authorize Luna to act within the scope you configure. You remain responsible for actions you approve or authorize.

6. Intellectual property

Luna and its software are owned by FemoraAI. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Luna is provided “as is.” It can make mistakes and may surface or act on information imperfectly. We do not guarantee that Luna will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review important actions before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FemoraAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Luna. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Luna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as Luna evolves. If changes are material, we will let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
